Industrial Development Authority

The St. James Industrial Authority was organized in 1987 and currently has a five-member board. The St. James Industrial Development Authority owns a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility that is leased to Cohn Athletic, Inc. and also operates the St. James Industrial Park. The IDA is able to issue tax exempt revenue bonds for construction of industrial facilities.
